The invention provides a connection method of steel bars between prefabricated parts by adopting a steel fiber mortar grouting sleeve and discloses a method for connecting the steel bars between the prefabricated parts by adopting the steel fiber mortar grouting sleeve. A used steel pipe sleeve is a common steel pipe (1); the steel bars (4) needing to be connected are inserted into the steel pipe sleeve from the two ends; and cement-based grouting materials (5) doped with steel fibers are poured into a sleeve cavity to form a steel bar butt-joint mortar anchor connection joint. According to the method, the used common steel pipe does not need to be excessively machined and only a grouting hole and a mortar discharging hole (3) need to be opened. After the steel fibers are added into traditional cement mortar, the strength can be remarkably improved; and even if the sleeve is changed into the common steel pipe, all performance requirements still can be met. By the aid of high-performance grouting mortar and the common steel pipe sleeve, the use cost can be greatly reduced; a sleeve machining process is simplified under the condition that the grouting mortar performance is guaranteed, the cost is saved and the construction difficulty is also reduced; and the method can be directly applied to actual construction.
