An automatic adjusting positioning hinge comprises an upper hinge, a lower hinge, a spring, a rotary shaft, an outer gear shaft and a cap; the upper hinge and the lower hinge are connected through the rotary shaft; the spring is arranged outside the rotary shaft in the upper and lower hinges; the outer gear shaft is connected with one end of the spring, and arranged on the upper hinge; the top end of the upper hinge is provided with a gap; the rotary shaft end is fixedly provided with the cap; inner teeth matched with the outer gear shaft are arranged in the cap; the top of the cap is provided with a magnet; the bottom of the cap is provided with a protruding sharp cone. The spring is added in the hinge; the outer gear shaft can be adjusted in needs, thus adjusting torsion force of the spring, and realizing automatic rebound function of the hinge; in addition, the cap is designed to match with the outer gear shaft; in adjustment of door window opening amount, the inner teeth of the cap aim at corresponding points of the outer gear shaft, so the protruding sharp cone can be engaged with the gap, thus locking the door window.
