The wheel hubs are fixed between a group of longitudinal girders. The load-bearing steel pipe shelving is arranged on the walking steel platform. Since the walking steel platform and the wheel hubs under the walking steel platform are provided, the integrated movement of the load-bearing steel pipe shelving can be realized, thereby reducing repeated assembling and disassembling in a steel pipe shelving construction process, and ensuring construction safety. Most normally used materials and small devices can be put on the shelving, thereby greatly reducing repeated moving of the materials, preventing repeated assembling and disassembling, saving large amount of labor force, materials, and work period, effectively reducing construction cost, and accelerating construction progress.
