The invention discloses a cutter wheel of a double-wheel furrow opener. The cutter wheel comprises a cutter wheel disc, two groups of furrow opening cutters and two groups of furrow opening cutter mounting plates, wherein each furrow opening cutter consists of a cutter handle and a cutter body, each cutter body is inclined towards the outer side, the two groups of furrow opening cutters and the two groups of furrow opening cutter mounting plates are respectively mounted at the two sides of the cutter wheel disc, the number of the furrow opening cutters of each group is 6, the number of the furrow opening cutter mounting plates of each group is 6, the furrow opening cutters and the furrow opening cutter mounting plates are uniformly distributed, and the furrow opening cutter mounting plates are provided with stiffening ribs. According to the cutter wheel of the double-wheel furrow opener, the furrow opening cutters are respectively arranged at the two sides of the cutter wheel disc and are inclined outwards, so that the stability is good; and a seat can be arranged on the furrow opener using the cutter wheel disc so as to facilitate furrow opening condition observation.
