Flushing device for double-wheel milling cutter
The invention discloses a flushing device for a double-wheel milling cutter. The device comprises two milling cutters, wherein a first cleaning pipe is arranged between the two milling cutters; a second cleaning pipe is obliquely welded to the side wall of the first cleaning pipe; the first cleaning pipe is communicated with the interior of the second cleaning pipe; the top end of the first cleaning pipe is in flange connection with a high-pressure water supply mechanism; a drainage block is welded to the bottom end of the inner wall of the first cleaning pipe; a first cover plate for shielding the end of the first cleaning pipe is arranged at the bottom end of the first cleaning pipe and matched with the drainage block; a second cover plate for shielding the end of the second cleaning pipe is arranged at the end, away from the first cleaning pipe, of the second cleaning pipe; and the first cover plate and the second cover plate are connected through a movable connecting mechanism, so that the first cover plate and the second cover plate move synchronously. Through the cooperation of the first cleaning pipe and the second cleaning pipe, a gap between the two milling cutters can be flushed, and meanwhile, the surfaces of the two milling cutters can be cleaned.
