Mine tailing filling gel powder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses mine tailing filling gel powder and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The mine tailing filling gel powder is prepared from raw materials of clinker, gypsum, mine tailing, granulated blast furnace slag and porcelain clay, and a chemical activator. The mass percentages of the raw materials are: clinker 15-35%, gypsum 3-10%, mine tailing 20-40%, granulated blast furnace slag 25-50%, and porcelain clay 5-20%. The dose of the chemical activator accounts for 0.05-0.15% of the total amount of the raw materials. According to the invention, the mine tailing, granulated blast furnace slag and porcelain clay are utilized; and through scientific content correction and complementation, potential activities of the mine tailing, granulated blast furnace slag and porcelain are stimulated, and wear-resistance coefficient is improved. With the method, raw resources are saved and replaced; circular economy development can be promoted; pollution can be reduced; and the ecological environment can be protected. Further pollution to the environment is not caused during a production process.
