The invention discloses a production method of fused silica ceramic damper blocks, belonging to the field of fused silica ceramics. The production method comprises the steps of preparing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30%-35% of 10-40-mesh fused silica powder, 40%-45% of 40-80-mesh fused silica powder, 19% of 80-100-mesh fused silica powder, 5.5% of water, 0.2% of nano-rubber, 0.1% of polyacrylamide, 0.1% of potassium persulfate and 0.1% of tetramethylethylenediamine, and carrying out a series of processes such as blending, ball mixing, pulping, pouring, demolding, drying, sintering and fine processing by virtue of equipment including a blending machine, a ball mill, a forming machine, a shuttle-type kiln and a flat grinder, so as to produce damper blocks for a float-process glass kiln. The production method has the advantages that few equipment is used, the process is simple, the emission of contaminative waste is avoided, and the product is high in volume density, corrosion resistance and strength, long in service life and excellent in heat stability.
