Compound protective layer anti-corrosion main cable for suspension bridge and making method thereof
The invention relates to a compound protective layer anti-corrosion main cable for a suspension bridge. The compound protective layer anti-corrosion main cable is composed of a plurality of cable strands of a regular-hexagon-shaped structure. A single cable strand is further composed of a plurality of compound steel wires. Each compound steel wire is sequentially provided with a bright steel wire body, a zinc aluminum coating and an epoxy resin coating from inside to outside. Aluminum accounts for, by weight, 4.2%-7.2% of the zinc aluminum coating, and the thickness of the epoxy resin coating ranges from 0.2 mm -0.4 mm. The compound steel wires are formed by sequentially plating the zinc aluminum coating and spraying the epoxy resin coating in a static electricity mode on the bright steel wires. According to the compound protective layer anti-corrosion main cable of the structure, the surfaces of the steel wires forming the cable strands are provided with the zinc aluminum coatings and the epoxy resin coatings from inside to outside, the anti-corrosion service life can reach over 100 years, and the anti-corrosion performance of the main cable can be improved remarkably.
