Compound protective layer corrosion-resistant main cable for suspension bridge
The invention relates to a compound protective layer corrosion-resistant main cable for a suspension bridge. The compound protective layer corrosion-resistant main cable comprises a plurality of cable strands adopting orthohexagonal structures, wherein each cable strand consists of a plurality of compound steel wires; each compound steel wire consists of a plain steel wire, a zinc-aluminum coating and an epoxy resin coating which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, the content of aluminium in the zinc-aluminum coating is 4.2-7.2 wt%, and the thickness of the epoxy resin coating is 0.2-0.4 mm; and each compound steel wire is formed by coating the plain steel wire with the zinc-aluminum coating and electrostatic-spraying the epoxy resin coating on the zinc-aluminum coating sequentially. As the zinc-aluminum coatings and the epoxy resin coatings are arranged on the surfaces of the steel wires which constitute the cable strands in the main cable, the anti-corrosion service life can be 100 years or above, and the corrosion resistance of the main cable is remarkably improved.
