The method comprises the following steps: the construction is prepared; a force transfer plate strip and a prefabricated baseplate are respectively cast, and the base layer treatment is performed for the force transfer plate strip; a wall is built, and a water stop screw rod is embedded; a waterproof layer is bonded; a wall reinforcement is bound; a vertical line is lifted, a billet is coated, and a control line is ejected; a support square timber is mounted; a structural steel frame body is lifted, and a structural steel support is fixed; the water stop screw rod is welded; a template is lifted; the template is connected with the corresponding structural steel frame body; a thin part is treated; the perpendicularity, the levelness and the stability are wholly inspected; and the inspection and the acceptance are performed. The invention aims to provide the structural steel combined unilateral formwork reinforcement construction method; and when concrete is cast for an exterior wall, outside force is transferred to the baseplate in sequence through the template, the structural steel frame body and the structural steel support, so that the unilateral formwork stable reinforcement problem is effectively solved, and such adverse effects as leakage caused by cracking of the exterior wall due to stress are prevented.
