Formwork sealing method for walls or columns
The invention particularly relates to a formwork sealing device and method for walls or columns. The method is characterized by comprising the step of prefabricating hollow concrete blocks, wherein the two ends of each concrete block are provided with coaxial through holes. The method further comprises the following steps that firstly, the hollow concrete blocks are prefabricated, and the number of the hollow concrete blocks is determined according to the position and number of split bolt rods; secondly, the hollow concrete blocks in the first step are embedded in a reinforcement cage which is bound completely; thirdly, the split bolt rods penetrate through the coaxial through holes in the two ends of the corresponding hollow concrete blocks; fourthly, formworks are installed based on the reinforcement cage; fifthly, the two ends of each split bolt rod are provided with a scaffold pipe and a cleat gland and finally locked by nuts. Compared with a traditional formwork supporting method, it is not required to weld limiting reinforcing steel bar heads to the split bolt rods, during formwork sealing, only the two formworks need to be leaned against the two sides of the prefabricated concrete blocks, the split bolt rods can be directly drawn out after formwork dismounting and are used circularly, and materials can be saved.
