Construction method for employing dismounting-free formwork in casting constructional column and ring beam concrete
The invention relates to a construction method for employing dismounting-free formwork in casting constructional column and ring beam concrete. The method consists of the following steps of: (1) designing different specification and dimension requirements of a U-shaped hollow formwork; (2) regulating a mechanical mold or an artificially made mold according to the specification and dimension requirements of the U-shaped hollow formwork; (3) fixing a steel wire mesh in the mechanical mold or the artificially made mold, and binding a steel bar on the constructional column; (4) casting pre-mixed high-grade mortar, and simultaneously building the U-shaped hollow formwork and a wall body; (5) compacting the mortar through jolt-ramming operation and performing maintenance; and (6) building the building body to the ring beam, waist beam and windowsill height position. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the high-strength cement mortar is used for prefabricating the formwork or a U-shaped hollow building block; the formwork and the building body are simultaneously built; the problem of installing a formwork for concrete casting of constructional column and ring beam can be solved; the construction flow process simplification is facilitated; the construction speed is high; the construction period can be reduced; the operation is simple; the work efficiency is high; the construction cost is low; the energy is saved; and the environment is protected.
