The invention relates to a door-window handle lock and discloses a firmly-connected handle lock comprising a handle and a seat body. A groove is respectively formed in two ends of the back part of the seat body; a fixing clamp block connected with the door-window is disposed in each groove; the fixing clamp block is provided with a projected hook body; a thread hole passing through the fixing clamp block is formed in the middle of the fixing clamp block; and the thread hole is cooperated with the adjusting screw, so the fixing clamp block can be spaced in the groove and move up and down. The handle lock can be firmly attached to the door-window, and conveniently installed and fixed on the door-window.
