Heat insulation bridge aluminum sectional material
The invention relates to a door and window sectional material, and aims at improving the performance such as the sealing and heat insulation performance and the wind-pressure-resistant performance of doors and windows. The sealing and heat insulation performance of the doors and windows is an important efficiency factor of a building. The design of the door and window sectional material achieves important effects on the air tightness performance, the water tightness performance and the wind-pressure-resistant performance of the doors and windows. A heat insulation bridge aluminum sectional material has the technical scheme that as shown in Figure 1, a window frame 4 and a window frame 16 form a casement window sash; a window sash 4 is formed by compounding an inner window sash 7 and an outer window sash 6; the window frame 16 is formed by compounding an inner window frame 13 and an outer window frame 15; a sectional material formed by compounding a heat insulation strip 14 can have two surface treatment colors in indoor and outdoor positions; plastic flow guide plates can be lined in a cavity of the outer window sash 6 and the outer window frame 15; a 45-degree splicing seam is sealed; the temperature on the inner surface of the sectional material is similar to the indoor temperature; the possibility that indoor moisture is condensed on the surface of the sectional surface due to supersaturation can be reduced; the heat insulation aluminum alloy sectional material is used; and hot flow or cool air can be effectively prevented from flowing to the outdoor position from the indoor position. The sectional material is provided with six sealing rubber strips and plastic glue injection flow guide plates; after the assembly, the air tightness and the water tightness are effectively ensured; the noise is reduced; and the sound isolation effect is ensured.
