The invention provides an assembly method of a heat insulation broken bridge aluminum profile. The method comprises the following steps of: providing a first profile and a second profile of known thicknesses; providing a plurality of heat insulation broken bridges of different models, wherein the heat insulation broken bridges of different models have different thicknesses; calculating to obtain the required thickness of a heat insulation broken bridge component according to the thickness of the heat insulation broken bridge aluminum profile to be assembled, the thickness of the first profileand the thickness of the second profile; selecting a heat insulation broken bridge component to be provided based on the thickness of the required heat insulation broken bridge component, wherein thethickness of the heat insulation broken bridge component to be provided is the same as the thickness of the required heat insulation broken bridge component; and assembling the heat insulation brokenbridge assembly to be provided, the first profile and the second profile to obtain the heat insulation broken bridge aluminum profile. Compared with the related art, the assembly method of the heat insulation broken bridge aluminum profile can effectively reduce the processing cost of the heat insulation broken bridge aluminum profile.
