The invention discloses a cleaning device, a glass window and a flue device. The cleaning device comprises a cleaning part (1) for being in contact with the surface to be cleaned of a to-be-cleaned part (10) and a rotary shaft (2) fixedly connected with the cleaning part (1), wherein the rotary shaft (2) can penetrate through the to-be-cleaned part (10), extends to the side, deviating from the surface to be cleaned, of the to-be-cleaned part (10) and can rotate with respect to the to-be-cleaned part (10). By means of the cleaning device, the surface, deviating from a human body, of the to-be-cleaned part can be cleaned.
