According to the invention, the added hokutolite can release natural negative ions which can cause structural changes or energy transfer of bacteria after combination with the bacteria, thereby leading to death of the bacteria and effective killing of the bacteria; and the added nano-antibacterial powder has strong bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects.
