The invention discloses an antibacterial and bactericidal ceramic chemical formula, which comprises the following steps: taking potassium hydrogen persulfate, chitin, chitosan acetic acid and sodium alginate, fully mixing and stirring the raw materials, and grinding the raw materials by using a ball mill to prepare a nanoscale composite material; stirring and mixing the obtained nanoscale composite material with a styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion and a pure acrylate copolymer emulsion, and carrying out mixing and stirring work for 1-2 hours at a rotating speed of 1000-1500 r/min in an environment of 30-45 DEG C, so as to obtain an antibacterial water-based coating agent; mixing silica, calcite, titanium dioxide, aluminum oxide and barium dioxide and ball-milling the components into nanoscale superfine composite powder through a ball mill, and blending and stirring the nanoscale superfine composite powder and distilled water to prepare the composite ceramic slurry. During use of theoverall antibacterial and bactericidal ceramic tool, harmful substances cannot be volatilized, the use is safe and environment-friendly, and the ceramic tool is suitable for manufacturing, transferring or daily protection of medical treatment, cigarettes, wines and the like.
本发明公开了一种抗菌杀菌陶瓷化工配方,包括取过硫酸氢钾、甲壳质、壳聚糖乙酸、海藻酸钠进出充分混合搅拌,利用球磨机进行研磨处理,制备得到纳米级复合料;将得到的纳米级复合料与苯乙烯‑丙烯酸酯共聚乳液和纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液进行搅拌混合,且在30‑45℃的环境下,以1000‑1500r/min的转速进行1‑2h的混拌工作,得到抗菌水性涂料剂;取硅土、方解石、二氧化钛、氧化铝、二氧化钡进行混合,通过球磨机将其研磨至纳米级超细复合粉末,将纳米级超细复合粉末与蒸馏水进行混合搅拌,得到复合陶瓷浆料。且整体抗菌杀菌的陶瓷制具使用时,不会挥发有害物,使用安全环保,适用于医疗、烟品,酒品等多种制造转运或日常防护使用。
