Low-microwave-reflection lead doping barium ferrite and preparing method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of wave-absorbing materials, and particularly relates to low-microwave-reflection lead doping barium ferrite and a preparing method thereof. The molecular formula of the low-microwave-reflection lead doping barium ferrite is Bal-xPbxFe12O19, wherein x=0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9 or 1.0. The method comprises the steps of mixing barium nitrate, lead nitrate and ferric nitrate according to the molar ratio of 0.0-0.9:0.1-1.0:11 with the sum of the molar ratio of barium nitrate and the molar ratio of lead nitrate being 1, adding distilled water, stirring till thorough dissolution, generating sol with a citric acid solution as the accessory ingredient, adjusting pH to be 6 with ammonia, stirring in a water bath which is 60 DEG C to generate gel, placing the gel in an air blower which is 120 DEG C to be dried into xerogel, placing the xerogel in a muffle furnace, conducting carbonization at 200 DEG C for 1 h, taking out the product, grinding the product, calcining the product at 1100 DEG C for 6 h at the heating rate of 15 DEG C/min to obtain lead doping barium ferrite powder, and conducting further grinding to obtain the target product. By adjusting Pb2+ doping amount, the coercivity of the barium ferrite is effectively adjusted, microwave reflection is reduced, and the obtained product is high in purity and good in crystalline phase. Technology is simple, and industrial production can be achieved.
