Production method for checker bricks of glass kiln checker chamber
The invention relates to a production method for checker bricks of a glass kiln checker chamber, and aims to improve and prolong the production efficiency and the service lives of the checker bricks. The production method is characterized in that the checker bricks comprise the following raw materials by weight: 47.5 to 53 percent of Al2O3, 17 to 19 percent of SiO2, 1.1 to 1.3 percent of Na2O, 28 to 32 percent of ZrO2, and 0.45 to 0.55 percent of SiC; the production method comprises the following steps: firstly, the raw materials are mixed and stirred uniformly to obtain a primary cast material for later use; part of the primary cast material is fed into an electric-arc furnace for melting, so as to obtain a casting liquid, wherein the melting temperature in the electric-arc furnace is 1300 DEG C, and the primary feeding quantity of the primary cast material is 2 t; the rest primary cast material is fed into the electric-arc furnace continuously, regularly and quantitatively; the casting liquid discharged from the discharge opening in the electric-arc furnace is used for mold casting directly; cooling is carried out for 60 to 72 hours at 18 to 25 DEG C after casting. The production method is simple, high in melting speed to form continuous casting, high in production efficiency and long in product service life, thereby being innovation of production methods of fused zircon-corundum bricks.
