The invention discloses an anti-cracking sheet alumina porous ceramic for LED lamp heat dissipation. The anti-cracking sheet alumina porous ceramic is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 34-36 parts of alpha-Al2O3, 100-105 parts of deionized water, 0.2-0.3 part of sodium polyacrylate, 2-2.3 parts of methylcellulose, 1.6-1.8 parts of glycerol, 0.6-0.8 part of zirconium silicate, 0.6-0.8 part of tantalum carbide crystal whiskers, 0.4-0.6 part of sheet niobium pentoxide, 1.3-1.5 parts of carbonyl nickel powder, 4-5 parts of nano-aluminum trihydrate, 1.2-1.5 parts of nano-copper and 0.9-1.1 parts of PVA bonder. Pore passages of the sheet alumina porous ceramic disclosed by the invention are communicated, and the anti-cracking sheet alumina porous ceramic is good in transition and good in thermal fatigue property; by using the tantalum carbide crystal whiskers and the sheet niobium pentoxide, the anti-cracking performance and heat resistance of the ceramic are improved; and by using the zirconium silicate and the carbonyl nickel powder, the compound characteristic of the ceramic and metals is improved.
