The invention relates to a sheet alumina porous ceramic for high-finish-degree LED lamp heat dissipation. The sheet alumina porous ceramic is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 34-36 parts of alpha-Al2O3 (with the grain size of 2-8 [mu]m), 100-105 parts of deionized water, 0.2-0.3 part of sodium polyacrylate, 2-2.3 parts of methylcellulose, 1.6-1.8 parts of glycerol, 2.6-2.9 parts of phosphate carbonyl iron powder, 0.5-0.8 part of nano-silicon dioxide, 0.4-0.6 part of zinc hydroxystannate, 0.6-0.8 part of lead metaborate, 4-5 parts of nano-aluminum hydroxide, 1.2-1.5 parts of nano-copper and 0.9-1.1 parts of PVA binding agent. Pore passages between layers of the sheet alumina porous ceramic disclosed by the invention are communicated, and the sheet alumina porous ceramic is good in transition and good in thermal fatigue property; and by using the phosphate carbonyl iron powder, nano-silicon dioxide, zinc hydroxystannate and lead metaborate, the strength, compactness, toughness, degree of finish, hardness and elastic modulus of the ceramic are improved, and the sheet alumina porous ceramic is suitable for high-power LED lamp heat dissipation materials.
