The invention relates to an energy dissipation anti-collision fender made of a composite material. The energy dissipation anti-collision fender is provided with a plurality of energy dissipation units connected with one another, wherein each energy dissipation unit comprises a shell, and a connecting assembly is arranged on the shells of every two adjacent energy dissipation units. Each connecting assembly comprises a tenon, a groove and a plug pin, wherein the tenon is arranged on the shell of one energy dissipation unit, the groove is formed in the shell of another energy dissipation unit, and the tenon and the groove are matched; at least one installation space is formed between the inner wall of the groove and the outer wall of the tenon after the tenon is inserted into the groove, and the plug pin is inserted into the installation spaces. According to the energy dissipation anti-collision fender made of the composite material, connecting strength is high, the rigidity of the connecting assemblies is consistent with that of the shells, the connecting assemblies do not agitate under impact, and connecting reliability is high.
