The invention provides a jacking device for independent foundation displacement deviation correction. The device comprises a deviated independent foundation and a horizontal jack, wherein a coarse sand sliding layer is arranged on one side of the deviated independent foundation, and the horizontal jack is arranged on the other side of the deviated independent foundation. By the adoption of the device, deviation of the independent foundation caused by location paying-off mis-setting or mis-measuring during construction, or mechanical equipment grinding and squeezing, or soil landslide can be effectively corrected, so that the normal use function of the independent foundation is realized. The operating method is simple and effective. A deviated independent foundation can return to the correct position on the premise that the deviated independent foundation is not damaged. Construction cost is reduced, and economical benefits are high.
