Integral jacking deviation rectifying method for non-pile-foundation building and pile type jacking device
The invention provides an integral jacking deviation rectifying method for a non-pile-foundation building and a pile type jacking device. The method comprises the steps that firstly, anchor rod static pressure pile jumping construction is conducted on the side with large settlement, after pile pressing is completed, a jack is adopted as a pressure stabilizing system to maintain pressure, pile sealing is not conducted temporarily, and further development of settlement of the side with large settlement is restrained; then, anchor rod static pressure pile jumping is conducted on the side with the minimum settlement, and prestress is applied to conduct sealing along with pressure; after pile pressing is completed, pile type jacking construction is conducted on the side with large settlement of the building by means of the pile type jacking device with an anchor rod pile constructed in advance as a counter-force fulcrum; and after jacking is completed, pile sealing treatment is conducted on the anchor rod pile in a jacking area, finally, plate bottom grouting is conducted, and after joint treatment reaches the designated strength, the pile type jacking device is removed in batches. Accordingly, the purpose of integral jacking deviation rectifying is achieved.
本发明提供了一种用于非桩基建筑物整体顶升纠偏方法及桩式顶升装置。该方法先在沉降较大侧进行锚杆静压桩跳压施工,完成压桩后采用千斤顶作为稳压系统维持压力暂不封桩,抑制沉降较大侧沉降的进一步发展。而后在沉降最小侧跳压锚杆静压桩,并施加预应力随压随封。完成压桩后,在建筑物沉降较大侧借助桩式顶升装置利用先期施工的锚杆桩作为反力支点进行桩式顶升施工。顶升完成后,顶升区域锚杆桩再进行封桩处理,最后进行板底注浆,待节点处理达到指定强度后,分批撤除桩式顶升装置。从而实现整体顶升纠偏的目的。
