Ternary column structure and machining method thereof
The invention discloses a ternary column structure and a machining method thereof. The ternary column structure comprises a column bottom plate which is horizontally arranged. A cuboid is perpendicularly connected to the column bottom plate. The top of the cuboid is connected with a Y-shaped structure formed by a left regular quadrangular prism and a right regular quadrangular prism which are inclined and spread upwards to the left side and the right side respectively. The top of the cuboid is also connected with a ternary column structure body formed by a front regular quadrangular prism which is inclined and spread forwards to the upper side. The sections of the three regular quadrangular prisms become smaller from bottom to top gradually. The ternary column structure is ingenious in structural design and quite high in bearing capacity and avoids limitation caused by a cast steel joint, overall locating and segmented delivery are adopted, the size precision of factory machining and on-site installation is guaranteed, and machining efficiency is improved as well. A manufacturing method of the ternary column structure overcomes welding deformation caused by a complicated structure and large bulk stress and residual stress and lowers the construction difficulty.
