Corner column structure and machining method thereof
The invention discloses a corner column structure comprising a pentagonal column body. The pentagonal column body is formed by three right-angled faces and two obtuse-angled faces in a surrounding mode. A partition plate is arranged in the pentagonal column body. The two ends of the pentagonal column body are provided with chamfers respectively. The two ends of an upper wide face and the two ends of a lower wide face of the pentagonal column body are all connected with a box-shaped corbel. According to a machining method of the corner column structure, a short bevel face is used as a jig frame reference surface, plumb bob suspension wires are used in cooperation with the short bevel face, and therefore the locating and machining precision of the corbels is effectively controlled; small closure is adopted to form a C-shaped structure, a welding procedure is divided, and welding concentration deformation caused by assembly of manufactured parts is overcome. The corner column structure is ingenious in design, quite high in bearing capacity and completely capable of replacing a cast steel joint.
