The invention discloses a top-hung casement opening outwards with hidden foldable window screens. The top-hung casement opening outwards comprises a top-hung casement opening outwards body, a top-hung casement opening outwards main body, the foldable window screens, multiple keels and a strip magnet. The top-hung casement opening outwards body comprises a window frame. A lower-end border and two side borders of the window frame are provided with a U-shaped containing groove. An upper-end border of the top-hung casement opening outwards main body is hinged to an upper-end border of the window frame. When the top-hung casement opening outwards main body is in contact with the window frame, the lower-end border and two side borders of the top-hung casement opening outwards main body are buckled to the opening of the U-shaped containing groove in a cover shape. The foldable screens are arranged in the U-shaped containing groove and comprise two fan-shaped side window screens and one main rectangular window screen. The two fan-shaped side window screens are arranged between the two side borders of the window frame and the top-hung casement opening outwards main body. The main rectangular window screen is arranged between the lower-end border and the top-hung casement opening outwards main body. The multiple keels are magnetic. The strip magnet is arranged in the bottom of the U-shaped containing groove. The top-hung casement opening outwards is simple in structure and convenient to use, and the hidden foldable window screens are easy to clean.
