High temperature resistant composite crucible and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides a high temperature resistant composite crucible which is composed of the following raw materials, by weight, 2-8 parts of sandy alumina, 47-81 parts of white corundum, 10-30 parts of tabular corundum, 5-10 parts of mullite, 1-3 parts of an additive and 1-2 parts of a wetting agent. Meanwhile, the invention provides a manufacturing method of the high temperature resistant composite crucible. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing sandy alumina, white corundum, tabular corundum and mullite to 0.3-10mm crushed aggregates; (2) adding the additive and the wetting agent into the crushed aggregates, sending the mixture into an ingredient stirring tank, and stirring at normal temperature and at normal pressure for 15-60 min; (3) sending into a brick making die and carrying out compression moulding at the pressure of 1-4 T/cm<2>; (4) sending into a tunnel kiln and roasting in a reducing atmosphere at the temperature of 1450-1700 DEG C for 2.5-10 h; and (5) molding, drying, sorting, checking, packaging and warehousing. The manufactured high temperature resistant composite crucible has advantages of strong heat stability, strong resistance to corrosion, long service life, low cost and simple process.
