Heat-resistant quartz crucible and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of quartz crucible production, in particular to a heat-resistant quartz crucible and a manufacturing method thereof.The heat-resistant quartz crucible comprises a crucible wall and a crucible bottom which are connected, the crucible wall is divided into an inner layer and an outer layer, the contact face of the inner layer and the outer layer is a continuous fluctuating fusion face, and buckling edges are arranged at top end openings of the inner layer and the outer layer; a compact coating is arranged on the inner wall of the inner layer, mesh ribs are arranged on the outer wall of the outer layer, and the buckling edges and the mesh ribs are connected with the crucible wall through laser melting; the method comprises the steps that a first sand layer is injected into a graphite die sleeve, a second sand layer and a third sand layer are injected between a die core and a spacer ring/between the spacer ring and the graphite die sleeve, a pressing ring is driven to press downwards, and high-temperature fused quartz flow is jetted along a mesh rib groove, a buckling edge and a crucible wall joint; through the spacer ring process, the use amount of high-purity quartz sand is reduced, the high-purity quartz sand and the low-purity quartz sand are accurately fed, the thickness of the crucible is accurate and uniform, and impurities are prevented from entering the crucible; the wall and the opening edge of the quartz crucible are effectively prevented from collapsing and recessing; and the chamfering process of the crucible body is omitted.
