Preparation method for steel structure fire bricks
The present invention relates to a preparation method for steel structure fire bricks and belongs to the field of fireproof materials. According to the method, the soft kaolin and the nano-hole volcanic rock material are mixed and then crushed to form mixed powder materials. The mixed powder materials are blended in water to form a powder syrup. The powder syrup is placed in a mold cavity to be subjected to the treatments of de-molding, fettling and airing. After a resultant product is completely dried, the glaze is applied onto the inner and outer surfaces of the resultant product. After that, CaCO3 is rolled into CaCO3 powders and the CaCO3 powders are placed in a hollow structure. Then circular holes are sealed by the Kaolin powder syrup. Finally, an obtained product is fired, taken out and dried to obtain a steel structure fire brick having the fireproof function. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the fireproof requirement of the external environment on the fireproof brick can be met, and the thermal insulation property of the brick is ensured to be excellent by CO2. The duration of the fire resistance of the fire brick can last for 10-15 hours. The fire brick is formed through the one-shot firing and molding process, thus saving the cost and the time.
