Glaze paint for coke oven lining
The invention discloses glaze paint for a coke oven lining. The glaze paint consists of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20-40% of fused quartz with the granularity of 0.1-0.01 mm, as well as 20-35% of fused quartz fine powder, 1-15% of spodumene fine powder, 2-10% of feldspar fine powder, 0.05-15% of zirconium mullite fine powder, 5-12% of magnesium oxide fine powder and 3-8% of water glass fine powder of which the granularities are all less than or equal to 0.088 mm, 0.01-5% of organic silicon emulsion, 0.01-3% of hydroxymethyl cellulose, and purified water of which the weight is 7-25% of the total weight of the raw materials. The paint is strong in binding force with the coke oven lining, and has low possibility of falling off; graphite is hard to adhere onto the lining, and even if a small amount of graphite is adhered onto the lining, the cleaning is easy; the labor intensity is small; the productivity is increased; glaze can be prefired in advance or directly formed in the use process.
