The invention provides a coke oven door lining brick repairing method, and relates to the technical field of coke oven production, and the coke oven door lining brick repairing method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a temperature-resistant adhesive, preparing temperature-resistant spraying glaze, and preparing cordierite; 2, preparing barium aluminate cement, preparing aggregate, and selecting fine aggregate and coarse aggregate prepared from waste refractory clay brick fragments as well as first-stage and second-stage clay clinker; 3, mixing barium aluminate cement, cordierite, aggregate and water, and stirring to obtain a refractory concrete repairing material; 4, a supporting material is prepared, and the supporting material is put into an extruding machine to be extruded into a strip-shaped framework; fifthly, the damaged surface is cleaned, and the damaged part needing to be repaired is beaten into a pitted surface through a steel chisel; according to the refractory concrete repairing material prepared by the invention, the bonding layer is coated on the broken surface, and the refractory concrete repairing material is poured on the broken surface during repairing, so that the efficiency is higher compared with brick disassembly and re-bricklaying, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the construction waste is reduced.
