Prefabricated-assembling fish-bellied I-shaped prestress steel-concrete combination continuous beam bridge and construction method
The invention discloses a prefabricated-assembling fish-bellied I-shaped prestress steel-concrete combination continuous beam bridge. A prefabricated fish-bellied I-shaped beam and a prefabricated concrete bridge panel are adopted; a steel box-concrete combination structure is adopted at the position, at a bottom flange of a negative bending region, of the fish-bellied I-shaped beam; a steel box concrete component is adopted at a bottom flange of a positive bending region; and the prestress is tensioned in concrete of the steel box concrete component at the bottom flange. The structure is adopted, so that the rigidity and the resistance to bending of a beam body are substantially improved, and prestressed steel exposure in air is avoided; and through reasonable arrangement of concrete filled steel tubes at the bottom flange arranged in the negative bending region, prestress ribs in a top flange of the negative bending region and connecting shear nails of the bridge panel of the negative bending region, the durability and the reliability of the beam body are substantially improved. Accordingly, the inventor further establishes a corresponding construction method. The method is safe in construction, high in quality, convenient and rapid. The prefabricated-assembling fish-bellied I-shaped prestress steel-concrete combination continuous beam bridge and the construction method are suitable for engineering practices of large-span municipal administration bridges, large-span expressway overpass bridges and cross-sea bridges with traffic jams.
