A prestressed concrete double-deck box girder bridge comprises an upper deck, a lower deck, a box girder bottom deck, lower deck plate stiffeners, top deck plate stiffeners, a box girder top deck and a pier, wherein the upper desk is arranged on the box girder top deck; the top deck plate stiffeners are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the box girder top deck in a longitudinal direction of a bridge body; the lower deck is arranged between the box girder bottom deck and the box girder top deck; the lower deck plate stiffeners are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the lower deck in a longitudinal direction of the bridge body; the lower deck plate stiffeners are arranged between the lower deck and the box girder bottom deck; and the pier is arranged on the lower surface of the box girder bottom deck. According to the prestressed concrete double-deck box girder bridge provided by the invention, the interior space of a prestressed concrete double-deck box girder is utilized for vehicles to run so that land resources are sufficiently utilized, lands for traffic construction are reduced and the manufacturing cost is low.
