Incremental launching construction method for beam between arches
An incremental launching construction method for a beam between arches comprises construction preparation, jack installation, steel strand opposite pulling, initial incremental launching, incremental launching, steel reinforcement welding, concrete pouring, stiff skeleton removal and the like. Incremental launching construction is performed on the beam by means of the characteristic that the transverse frictional resistance of the bottom of the beam is small during full framing supporting construction. During incremental launching, a parallel jacking pickaxe system is adopted for precisely controlling jacking force and provides stable and continuous oil pressure during following stiff skeleton welding, and the problem that the beam retracts after the jacking pickaxe loses pressure is solved; and the construction method effectively solves the problem that during concrete construction at summer, the temperature is decreased along with seasonal changes and damage to the structure is caused when concrete shrinks.
