Combination beam buttress-free incremental launching construction method
The invention relates to a buttress-free incremental launching construction method for a composite beam, which comprises the step of using a steel main beam, a steel guide beam and a buckling tower, and comprises the following specific steps: 1) arranging an incremental launching assembly platform on a roadbed behind an abutment, and mounting continuous incremental launching devices on the incremental launching assembly platform and each abutment; (2) mounting a steel guide beam and a steel main beam on the splicing platform, and debugging a pushing device at the steel guide beam and the steel main beam; (3) buckling towers are arranged at the corresponding positions of the steel girders, and the front sides and the rear sides of the buckling towers are connected with the steel girders by installing stay cables; (4) a continuous pushing device is started to push a combined system composed of the guide beams, the steel main beams, the buckling towers and the stay cables forwards, and in the step (4), the combined system is pushed to the adjacent first pier; and after the combined system is pushed to the first pier, the steel main beam is continuously pushed until the front end of the steel guide beam exceeds the adjacent second pier, and then the buckle cable is released. No temporary buttress needs to be arranged in the construction process, passing under the bridge is not affected to the maximum extent, and special sites such as deep river valleys can be spanned.
本发明涉及一种组合梁无支墩顶推施工方法,包括使用钢主梁、钢导梁及扣塔,具体步骤如下:1)在台后路基上设置顶推拼装平台,在顶推拼装平台及各墩台上安装连续顶推装置;2)在拼装平台上安装钢导梁、钢主梁,并在此调试顶推装置;3)在钢主梁对应位置设置扣塔,扣塔前后两侧通过安装斜拉索与钢主梁连接;4)启动连续顶推装置将导梁、钢主梁、扣塔及斜拉索组成的联合体系向前顶进,在步骤4中,将联合体系推进至相邻的第一个桥墩上;当联合体系推送至第一个桥墩后,继续顶推钢主梁直至钢导梁前端超越相邻的第二个桥墩后,释放扣索。施工过程无需设置临时支墩,不仅能做到最大限度不影响桥下通行,还可以实现跨越深切河谷等特殊场地。
