The technical scheme is as follows: the connecting structure connects the reservoir bottom asphalt concrete panel and the reservoir slope concrete panel on two sides through a concrete base, the concrete base comprises a base top surface, a base reservoir slope side slope, a base reservoir bottom side slope and a bottom base body, the forward gradient ratio of two sides of the bottom base body is 1:K, K ranges from 0.3 to 0.75, and the base top surface and the surface of the reservoir bottom asphalt concrete panel are connected smoothly; the base reservoir slope side slope approximately vertically intersects the reservoir slope concrete panel, and the base reservoir bottom side slope approximately vertically intersects the reservoir bottom asphalt concrete panel; a drainage gallery and drainage pipes led to the reservoir bottom asphalt concrete panel and the reservoir slope concrete panel respectively are arranged in the concrete base.
