The invention discloses a construction process for installing a lengthened female thread elbow below a counter basin. The construction process includes the step of forming a groove in a wall in the vertical direction and further includes the following steps that the lengthened female thread elbow and a water supply pipe are connected and laid in the groove, wherein a thread head connector of the lengthened female thread elbow protrudes out of the wall by the distance ranging from 4 centimeters to 6 centimeters; a thread head of the lengthened female thread elbow is fixed to the top of the groove and blocked; and the groove is filled up, so that installation of the lengthened female thread elbow is completed. The installation process of the lengthened female thread elbow has the prominent advantages that reduction in the protruding distance of the thread head during later installation is taken into consideration, and enough space is reserved for pipe connection between the lengthened female thread elbow and the counter basin; waterproof slurry coating is conducted after the lengthened female thread elbow is connected with the water supply pipe, so that water seepage in the wall in the later period is prevented; water leakage testing and water point leakage-proof repairing are conducted before the groove is filled up, so that water leakage is further avoided.
