Construction method for splicing type caisson structure based on prefabricated hollow piles
The invention provides a construction method for a splicing type caisson structure based on prefabricated hollow piles. The construction method involves the prefabricated special-shaped hollow piles with right-angle edges and the strip type prefabricated special-shaped hollow piles. The construction method comprises the steps that a bottom layer is arranged, i.e., the prefabricated special-shaped hollow piles with the right-angle edges and conical bottom faces are arranged at the right-angle positions of a foundation pit, the strip type prefabricated special-shaped hollow piles with the conical bottom faces are orderly placed at other positions, and suspended walls of all the prefabricated special-shaped hollow piles are connected through electric welding; horizontal preserved steel plates of the prefabricated special-shaped hollow piles are connected with prefabricated structure plates through electric welding at a position far from the bottom layer by a certain distance, at the position, the structure plates which are continuously sealed are formed, and the caisson structure is formed by connecting the structure plates and the special-shaped hollow piles and connecting the special-shaped hollow piles; and the position under the caisson structure is dug through manipulators, so that the caisson structure sinks. By means of the construction method, building lands and materials are saved, mud contamination is avoided, underground permanent solid waste is avoided, and the construction method meets an environment-friendly building concept.
