The invention relates to a hollow ground anchor cage base. The base comprises a base main body poured with concrete, a ground anchor cage and a cushion layer both embedded in the concrete, wherein the cushion layer is arranged below the base main body and the ground anchor cage; a hollow chamber used for placing a supporting filler is formed in the ground anchor cage; the hollow chamber is positioned above the cushion layer; when concrete is used for pouring the base main body, the supporting filler is embedded in the concrete; when the anchor bolts of the ground anchor cage are changed, the supporting filler in the concrete is dismantled, and the hollow chamber convenient for people or tools to enter is formed. According to the invention, the hollow ground anchor cage base is convenient to implement and low in cost; when the anchor bolts of the ground anchor cage need replacement due to fracture, rusting or the arrival of fatigue life, the concrete at the surface layer of the base main body center can be chiseled out, and hollow bricks inside are taken out, so that space for changing anchor bolts is formed, and the influence on the strength and whole stress of the base main body is avoided.
