Vacuum heat insulation plate and heat insulation box prepared from vacuum heat insulation plate
The invention discloses a vacuum heat insulation plate and a heat insulation box prepared from the vacuum heat insulation plate. The vacuum heat insulation plate comprises a thin plate body and a vacuum layer, wherein the thin plate body consists of an upper layer thin plate and a lower layer thin plate; the vacuum layer is defined by the upper layer thin plate and the lower layer thin plate in a sealed way; a support frame made of a plurality of hollow grids is arranged in the vacuum layer; and the two end surfaces of the support frame are matched with the upper layer thin plate and the lower layer thin plate. The support frame is used for supporting in the vacuum layer of the vacuum heat insulation plate; the large-area upper layer thin plate and the large-area lower layer thin plate are divided into a plurality of small-area regions by the plurality of hollow grids of the support frame; when the air is extracted to form a vacuum layer, the pressure exerted onto the thin plate body due to the atmospheric pressure intensity is uniformly dispersed onto each hollow grid. The pressure-resistant strength of the thin plate body is enhanced; the heat conduction coefficient is reduced; and the large-area and large-size heat insulation can be effectively realized. The thickness of the thin plate body is 2 to 5mm, so that the production cost is greatly reduced; the application range is wider; and the vacuum heat insulation plate can be applied to a refrigeration house, a residence, a refrigerator and the like.
