Vacuum heat insulation color steel plate
The invention relates to a vacuum heat insulation color steel plate and a preparation method thereof. The vacuum heat insulation color steel plate comprises a first color steel plate, a sandwich layer and a second color steel plate, wherein the first color steel plate and the second color steel plate are bent at two sides to form a side connecting hole and are connected in a sealing way, and two end metal plates are respectively connected with two ends of the first color steel plate and the second color steel plate in a sealing way to form a completely-sealed metal shell; one of the end metal plates is provided with a vacuumized connecting pipe, and the completely-sealed metal shell is used for sealing the vacuumized connecting pipe after being vacuumized; and the middle sandwich layer comprises two parts including a honeycomb-shaped heat insulation plate close to the second color steel plate and phenolic foam filled in the residual space of the metal shell. The metal shell is vacuumized, so that the heat conduction effect generated by air movement can be effectively blocked, and the heat insulation effect is improved. The phenolic foam is filled, so that the fireproof performance is improved.
