The invention provides a ceiling structure with bottom-mounted radiation pipes and a construction method of the ceiling structure. The ceiling structure with the bottom-mounted radiation pipes comprises steel bar layers (1), the radiation pipes (2) and a concrete layer (3), wherein the steel bar layers (1) are integrally formed through casing; the radiation pipes (2) are positioned under the steel bar layers (1); and the concrete layer (3) covers the outside of the steel bar layers (1) and the concrete layer (3). The ceiling structure with the bottom-mounted radiation pipes has the advantages that the structure is simple; the repair difficulty is low; the heat transfer efficiency is high; and the cost is low.
