The invention provides a concrete pouring device for closed spaces and a construction method. The concrete pouring device comprises a sliding chute, a funnel, a chimney pipe and a sliding pipe. The sliding chute comprises a delivery plate and ribs, and the ribs are respectively arranged on two axial sides of the delivery plate; the funnel comprises a bottom plate and a frame, the frame is arranged on the periphery of the bottom plate, and a through hole through which the bottom plate passes is formed in the middle of the bottom plate; the chimney pipe comprises a connecting pipe and a retainer ring, the retainer ring is fixed to an end of the connecting pipe and is radially protruded on the outer surface of the connecting pipe, and the diameter of the connecting pipe is smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the through hole; the sliding pipe is a hollow pipeline with two open ends, and the inner diameter of the sliding pipe is larger than or smaller than the diameter of the connecting pipe. The concrete pouring device and the construction method have the advantages that concrete delivered by external machinery can be received by the sliding chute, can be transferred into the to-be-poured closed spaces by the aid of the funnel and the sliding pipe and can be quickly delivered, and labor and materials can be saved under the condition that the strength of the concrete is guaranteed.
