A temporary support frame for mounting a fabricated steel structure comprises a lattice support frame body, an operating platform, cable ropes and an elevation micro-adjusting device, wherein in an assembling state, a bottom frame body, a middle standard section frame body consisting of n standard frames, and a top frame body of the lattice support frame body are connected by bolts to form the lattice support frame body, and the n is not smaller than 1 and not larger than 8; the operating platform is arranged at the top of the lattice support frame body; the elevation micro-adjusting device is arranged at the middle of the operating table; the lower end of a hydraulic jack of the elevation micro-adjusting device is welded and fixed with a platform beam of the top frame body of the lattice support frame body, and the upper end of the hydraulic jack supports a movable steel joist; a joist limiting device is arranged at each of the two ends of the movable steel joist, and limits the position of the movable steel joist; the cable ropes are symmetrically arranged; one ends of the cable ropes are fixedly connected with the top frame body of the lattice support frame body, and the other ends of the cable ropes are fixedly connected with a reliable structure or a ground anchor on the ground.
