A mounting structure of fabricated frame
The present invention relates to a fastening structure of an assembled frame, and more particularly, to a fastening structure of an assembled frame, in which a plurality of horizontal frames used as a framework or a frame structure (for example, a greenhouse, a bed, a bookcase, a shelf) according to various applications such as a building or furniture are sequentially assembled in horizontal and vertical directions without a welding work or a bolt fastening work so that the frames can be securely fastened without being shaken and an open upper portion is covered. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a fastening structure of an assembled frame, which includes: a vertical frame provided in a vertical direction, formed at a front of upper and lower sides thereof with a pair of insertion grooves, formed at a left side thereof with a pair of fitting grooves, and having a hook part interposed between the fitting grooves; a first horizontal frame installed to the vertical frame in a horizontal direction and provided at both side ends thereof with a pair of hooking pieces protruded and inserted into the pair of insertion grooves, in which a hooking groove fixedly fitted into the insertion groove is formed in each hooking piece; and a second horizontal frame installed to the vertical frame in a horizontal direction and formed at both side ends thereof with a fastening groove fixedly fitted into the fitting groove, in which the hook part is inserted into the fastening groove and a fastening piece protrudes downward from one side of the fastening groove. When the hook part is inserted into the fastening groove of the second horizontal frame in a state that the hooking piece of the first horizontal frame is inserted into the insertion groove, the fastening piece is fixedly inserted into a space between the pair of hooking pieces so that the frames are engaged and fastened with each other.
본 발명은 조립식 프레임 체결구조에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건축물이나 가구 등 다양한 용도에 따라 골조나 틀 구조(예:비닐하우스,침대,책장,진열대)로 사용하기 위한 복수 개의 수평프레임이 용접시공 및 볼트시공 과정이 없이 수평 및 수직방향으로 순차적으로 끼움 조립되어 각 프레임들이 흔들림 없이 견고하게 체결됨과 동시에 개방된 상부가 덮어져 마감되는 구조를 갖는 조립식 프레임 체결구조에 관한 것이다. 이러한 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은 수직방향으로 구비되며, 상/하부측 정면에는 한 쌍의 삽입홈이 각각 형성되고, 좌측면에는 한 쌍의 끼움홈이 형성되며 이 끼움홈의 사이에는 후크부가 형성된 수직프레임; 상기 수직프레임에 수평방향으로 설치되며, 양측 끝단에는 각각 상기 한 쌍의 삽입홈에 각각 관통되는 한 쌍의 걸고리편이 돌출 형성되고, 각 걸고리편에는 각 삽입홈에 끼움 고정되는 걸이홈이 형성된 제1수평프레임; 및 상기 수직프레임에 수평방향으로 설치되며, 양측 끝단에는 각각 상기 후크부가 삽입됨과 동시에 끼움홈에 끼움 고정되는 삽입체결홈이 형성되고, 이 삽입체결홈의 일측에는 체결편이 하향으로 돌출 형성된 제2수평프레임;을 포함하고, 상기 제1수평프레임의 걸고리편을 삽입홈을 통해 관통되어 설치된 상태에서 제2수평프레임의 삽입체결홈에 후크부가 삽입되어 끼움홈에 끼움 설치되면 체결편이 한 쌍의 걸고리편과 걸고리편의 사이 공간에 삽입 고정되어 복수 개의 각 프레임들이 서로 맞물려 체결되는 조립식 프레임 체결구조를 제공한다.
