The invention relates to an intelligent stereo garage car storing and taking device, which comprises an ascending and descending platform and a car storing platform, wherein an ascending and descending rail is arranged on the ascending and descending platform; a car storing rail is arranged on the car storing platform; the ascending and descending rail can realize butt joint with the car storing rail when ascending to the height identical to the height of the car storing rail along with the ascending and descending platform; a first horizontal moving car and a second horizontal moving car are arranged on the ascending and descending platform, and can walk between the ascending and descending platform and the car storing platform along the ascending and descending rail and the car storing rail; the first horizontal moving car and the second horizontal moving car are connected through a longitudinal extending and contracting mechanism; the two sides of the first horizontal moving car are provided with a first wheel bracket and a second wheel bracket; a third wheel bracket and a fourth wheel bracket are arranged on the second horizontal moving car; and the third wheel bracket and the fourth wheel bracket are connected with a second transverse extending and contracting mechanism. The arrangement of a car carrying plate is not needed; the self body cost reduction and the car storing and taking efficiency improvement are facilitated; the wheel brackets enter the wheel bottoms from the front and back directions of wheels to realize the car lifting; and the cars cannot be damaged, and the like.
