The invention provides a lifting-coordinated stereo garage and a storing and taking method, and relates to the field of stereo garages. The lifting-coordinated stereo garage comprises parking platforms, storage parking spaces, trolleys and elevators, the storage parking spaces are arranged on the two sides of a garage roadway in a multi-layer array mode, the elevators are installed in the roadway, at least two parking platforms are adjacently arranged at a garage entrance and exit, the first elevator is right opposite to the end, close to the roadway, of the parking platforms, and the second elevator and the first elevator are arranged in a spaced mode; and the first elevator and the second elevator are matched with trolleys correspondingly, each trolley is connected with a roadway sliding rail of the working layer where the corresponding elevator is located so as to form a moving pair, one elevator is preferentially in butt joint with one parking platform for vehicle parking and taking, the other elevator cooperatively conveys vehicles on other parking platforms, an auxiliary elevator is arranged in the non-entrance position space, in the parking and taking process of the first elevator, the auxiliary elevator trolley is matched with the parking platforms for vehicle parking and taking, and the parking and taking efficiency of the stereo garage is improved.
