The invention relates to a gearing drive unit (10; 10a) comprising a shaft section (18; 18a) that has toothing (19; 19a) and is arranged to be in functional connection with a drive motor (11), said shaft section (18; 18a) being located, on either side of its toothing (19; 19a), in respective bearing devices (24;24a, 25; 25a), and said gearing drive unit also comprising a gearwheel (20) for at least indirectly driving an element to be adjusted, said gearwheel (20) comprising a mating toothing (21) that meshes with the toothing (19; 19a) of the shaft section (18; 18a).
